Kaiia and Ziva Naked Lift and Carry Lesson

This video includes four different styles of lifting and carrying. I have never done a lift and carry with ziva before so she wants to show off her strength but also wants to teach me how to also lift and carry the right way. Our strong muscles are easily able to pick the other one and squat. However, we get to the last lift, and I just dont think I can do it like Ziva can.
